Job summary

McCarthy & Holthus, LLP. seeks a Judicial Litigation Team Coordinator in Plano, TX, to oversee a small team and manage the non-judicial foreclosure process from referral through sale.

You will ensure client satisfaction, training, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced banking-law environment. The role requires 5 years of foreclosure experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and onsite presence 2–3 days per week after a 90‑day training period.

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreclosure experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to maintain client service and cohesive relationships.
• Lead and train the team; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure the team maintains internal SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis to remove roadblocks affecting production or quality.
• Implement process changes to ensure compliance with federal and client directives.
• Prepare and deliver reporting such as client scorecards and daily production reports.
• May perform other duties to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours as needed.
