Job summary
National General Holdings Corp., a part of the Allstate family, is seeking a high-impact advisor to leadership. You will analyze agency performance, market dynamics and opportunities, and drive growth through proactive management of virtual agencies and performance KPIs.
You will mentor new hires, optimize territory performance, and participate in profit-sharing programs while supporting strategic sales initiatives across national markets.
Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise leadership with insights on agency performance, market dynamics and strategic opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory performance.
- Consistently exceed new business production and other KPIs by managing agents within the virtual market.
- Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching to support development and performance.
- Mentor team members and drive adoption of company initiatives.
- Solicit new agencies and manage virtual agent relationships to grow quality new business.
- Recommend agencies for profit-sharing and other sales initiatives.
