Job summary

National General is seeking an Inside Territory Sales Consultant to prospect, qualify, appoint and manage agencies in a virtual market to drive profitable sales and growth.

You will mentor others, analyze performance, and strive to exceed KPIs while expanding the agency network nationwide. This remote, nationwide role offers incentives based on performance and opportunities to advance within the Allstate family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership with insights on agency performance, market dynamics and opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory performance.
• Consistently exceed new business production and direct written premium targets by managing assigned agents.
• Onboard and mentor new hires to support development and performance.
• Recruit and appoint qualified new agencies for profitable growth.
