The Hershey Company is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Associate to cover Oxnard, CA. This remote role involves traveling within assigned stores, visiting 6-10+ accounts daily, and driving merchandising excellence across the territory.

The position requires driving a personal vehicle, valid license, and mileage reimbursement. Work hours are 20-25 per week with an 6:00am-4:00pm window, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Formación

• Must have valid US driver’s license in good standing.
• Personal vehicle required for daily territory travel.
• Auto insurance sufficient for business use is required.
• Residence within the territory boundaries is required.

Responsabilidades

• Sell to 6–10+ accounts daily and ensure in-store merchandising.
• Execute planograms and build displays to maximize distribution.
• Track weekly activity, expenses, and account changes with reports.
• Collaborate with store leadership and internal teams to meet sales goals.
