Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a part‑time Territory Sales Associate to cover an Oxnard area and surrounding stores. This remote role requires travel to multiple locations, using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed at a fixed rate.

You’ll build displays, increase product distribution, and replenish secondary displays while visiting 6–10+ accounts daily. The hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $18.50, with flexible 20–25 hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver’s license and a personal vehicle for travel.
• Must reside within or cover the specified territory boundaries and drive regularly.
• Must maintain auto insurance with business use permission.
• Must be able to drive long distances and lift 10-40 lbs as needed.
• Proficiency with tablets and mobile devices for store calls and reporting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; food merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Execute retail priorities and merchandising plans across accounts.
• Report weekly activity, including expenses and account changes.
• Use tablet to log daily activities and communicate with store leadership.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement strategies and drive results.
