Job summary

POS360, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our growing field sales team.

You’ll own your territory end-to-end—from prospecting and in-store demos to installation, activation, and ongoing account growth—driving revenue in independent liquor and off-premise retail. This role rewards a self-starter who thrives in face-to-face sales, builds trusted relationships, and sells through value rather than discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in liquor/beverage or off-premise retail.
• Proven success in value-based, relationship-driven selling.
• Experience calling on independent retail decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow territory through in-person outreach to liquor/retail stores.
• Conduct in-store demonstrations of POS360 solutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM and relationships.
• Own client relationships from first contact through installation and long-term success.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; close deals and document activity in CRM.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
