Job summary

Trex Company is seeking an entry-level Territory Account Representative for Baltimore, MD to support sales at Home Depot and Lowe's. You will be the primary retailer contact, driving in-store merchandising and product knowledge training to enhance sales across the territory.

The role targets individuals starting their sales career, with opportunities to grow within Trex's Retail Sales team. Base salary is complemented by a sales bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales position.
• Experience in outside sales preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge and train others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for major home improvement retailers in their territory.
• Regular and consistent in-store visits along with in-aisle execution and merchandising of Trex product
• Offer product knowledge training for retail store associates, expand relationships, and increase sales.
