Job summary

Trex Company in Baltimore, MD is seeking an entry-level Territory Account Representative to support sales and merchandising at Home Depot and Lowe’s. You’ll be the primary contact for retailers, drive in-territory growth, and boost product knowledge among store teams.

This outside sales role is ideal for someone starting a career in sales, with opportunities to learn, train, and advance within our Retail Sales team. Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales position; prior outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Candidates should be able to travel within the territory and engage store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster our “people first” culture.
• Serve as a primary contact for major home improvement retailers in their territory.
• Regular and consistent in-store visits along with in-aisle execution and merchandising of Trex product.
• Offer product knowledge training for retail store associates, expand relationships, and increase sales.
