Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for a remote, field-based role. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in outside sales and familiarity with the building materials industry. Responsibilities include recruiting and building relationships with independent lumberyards and dealers across Texas and New Mexico.

This position offers a base salary ranging from $100k to $130k per year along with bonuses, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales, territory sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience in the building materials, lumber, or construction products industry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by recruiting independent lumberyards and dealers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing member accounts.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
• Monitor market conditions and customer feedback.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory while managing scheduling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
