Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Westfield, WI region. This exempt, remote-ready role drives sales and manages customer relationships within Region 23—Mid-Atlantic territory planning and execution.

Responsibilities include negotiating programs, training distributor teams, managing pricing, and representing the Brakebush brand at events, while focusing on customer trends and menu concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five-years industry sales experience.
• Residence within one-hour of the assigned territory.
• High level of professional sales process and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of distributor and operator accounts within territory.
• Ability to learn basic culinary skills for product presentations.
• Effective and self-sufficient time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Competent in MS Office; ability to learn company CRM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in distributor ride-with-program.
• Negotiate marketing programs and conduct professional business reviews.
• Gain product slots through new product presentations.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop distributor sales promotions.
• Train new distributor sales team on Brakebush products and tools.
• Manage pricing and target margins.
• Represent Brakebush at food and trade shows.
• Update product mix with new items at operator accounts.
• Advise customers on food trends and menu concepts.
• Call on and sell to operator segments (restaurants, schools, C-stores, etc.).
• Respond to referrals and marketing-generated opportunities.
• Implement operator programs, coupons and allowances.
