US Frame Factory is seeking a driven salesperson to own new business from Houston to Austin and San Antonio. This is a pure new-business role.

You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors, developers, and GCs, and drive deals from first contact to close while leveraging our project management and manufacturing strengths. Qualifications

• Proven new-business sales success.
• Self-directed and disciplined working remotely.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable traveling your territory regularly.
• Experience in the metal stud or drywall industry is a huge plus.
• Based in TX.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new accounts from Houston to Austin/San Antonio
• Build relationships with GCs, framers, and developers in your region
• Manage your own pipeline from first call to closed deal
• Travel the territory for job-site visits, meetings, and trade events
• Partner with the home office on quoting, project handoff, and delivery
