Job summary

Candor Industrial Supply, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive in-person B2B sales within an assigned geographic area.

You will focus on new account acquisition, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service to small and mid-sized businesses. In this role you will work with branch leadership, manage vendor relations such as VMI programs, prepare quotes, coordinate deliveries, and document all activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and close new accounts.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and land new accounts through daily in-person sales calls, outreach, and territory planning.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring consistent service and follow‑through.
• Provide Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and related onsite services to maintain customer stock levels and operational efficiency.
• Create quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries, including operating a company vehicle for customer visits.
• Document all activities in the company CRM, including call notes, opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with branch personnel to support customer needs, resolve issues, and execute growth initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, competitive landscape, and customer applications.
