Job summary

Aegis Powersports is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Texas region with remote work options. The role focuses on maximizing sales growth, building dealer relationships, and training dealership staff to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Travel will be substantial to cover the territory. The position offers a base salary with performance incentives, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of powersports sales or related experience.
• Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Established relationships within the powersports industry preferred.
• CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff.
• Deliver exceptional account management and customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new dealership partners on Aegis Powersports products and programs.
• Conduct dealership visits to provide performance reviews, business analysis, and sales support.
• Act as a liaison between dealerships and internal Aegis teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time throughout the assigned territory.
