Job summary

Aegis Powersports is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize sales growth within an assigned geographic territory. You will build and maintain strong dealer relationships, support dealership success through training, and serve as a trusted business partner to dealership personnel.

The role requires traveling 50% to 75% of the time, delivering performance reviews, and expanding market share. Base salary with performance incentives and generous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in powersports sales, F&I, dealership operations, claims, or a related field.
• Leadership or team development experience is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff.
• Deliver exceptional account management and customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new dealership partners on Aegis Powersports products and programs.
• Conduct dealership visits to provide performance reviews, business analysis, and sales support.
• Act as a liaison between dealerships and internal Aegis teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time throughout the assigned territory.
