Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in powersports sales or related fields.
• Proven leadership or team development experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75%.
• CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff.
• Deliver exceptional account management and customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new dealership partners.
• Conduct dealership visits for performance reviews and sales support.
• Act as liaison between dealerships and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Attend industry events and networking functions.
• Travel approximately 50–75% of the time.
