Job summary

VAL-CO is seeking a Poultry & Controls Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across domestic swine and poultry markets. This remote role covers the Upper Midwest or Canada, with travel required within the territory.

You will deliver live and virtual product demonstrations, develop training content with Technical Support, and collaborate with Marketing on launch plans while managing opportunities end-to-end to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in agricultural systems and/or precision ag equipment sales preferred.
• Knowledge of ag business structures or live production; poultry ventilation knowledge is a plus.
• Dealer-channel selling experience strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation, writing, and CRM/PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to travel extensively in the U.S. and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and margin growth for VAL-CO's control product lines across domestic swine and poultry markets.
• Expand customer adoption through consultative selling and disciplined sales execution.
• Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations.
• Partner with Technical Support to build customer-facing training content.
• Coordinate with Marketing on new-product launch plans.
• Relay market feedback to Product Management.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end (pre-sale through post-sale follow-up).
