Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development - Territory Sales Manager for the New England region with a Work From Home setup. The role targets driving technical sales to OEMs across the New England territory and includes managing growth objectives.

A mechanical or electrical engineering background is preferred. The candidate should have 3-5 years of technical sales experience, be proficient with CRM tools, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience, including selling to OEMs, ideally within the Motion Control or related sector ( Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings, Robotics, Automation )
• Proven ability in managing sales territories and achieving growth objectives.
• Expertise in CRM tools and PowerPoint presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve day-to-day challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% weekly.
• Must have a valid driver's license and state-required insurance.
