Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a customer-facing position (Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service)
5+ years of experience in the electronic component or semiconductor packaging industries
Strong understanding of engineered materials used in electronic components and semiconductor applications
Experience applying knowledge of raw materials and material compositions to support customer solutions and technical sales initiatives
Ability to understand how material selection impacts component performance, structure, and end-use applications in electronics markets

Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with key decision makers via presentations, onsite visits, and quarterly business calls
Grow sales pipeline to meet annual targets and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through sales closure
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-probability opportunities and close deals
Plan and forecast sales for assigned accounts quarterly; monitor industry trends
Promote materials-based solutions for electronic component applications with customers and internal teams
