Scnteam is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Florida Panhandle, Southern Alabama and Southern Mississippi to drive growth in the precision cutting tools segment. Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in cutting tools, metalworking, machining, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience selling through industrial distribution while maintaining direct relationships with end-user manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, carbide cutting tools, milling, drilling, threading, and holemaking applications.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through industrial distribution partners and end-user manufacturers.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributor reps to identify opportunities and increase market share.
• Develop relationships with manufacturing engineers, production managers, machinists, programmers, and purchasing professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships in the territory.
• Provide technical recommendations on tool selection, machining strategies, speeds and feeds, and productivity improvements.
• Execute territory growth strategies in collaboration with distributors and manage CRM pipeline.
