Job summary

Marmon Fastener Company, Atlas Building Products Brand, is seeking an Upper Midwest Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key customer partnerships across IA, MN, WI, NE, ND, and SD. This remote, field-based role requires frequent travel to engage with owners, executives, and purchasing teams.

You will develop pipelines, quote terms, and coordinate with leadership to optimize revenue and margins, while representing the brand at trade shows and with distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience accepted.
• Proficient with CRM systems; strong Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and grow new business in assigned territory.
• Travel to call on customers and develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Build and manage a targeted pipeline to meet sales plans.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and reports; coordinate with leadership.
