Job summary

Atlas Building Products is seeking a Southeast Territory Sales Manager (Marmon Fastener Company brand) to drive new business growth across Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. This remote, field-based role requires extensive travel to cultivate customer partnerships and expand revenue while protecting margins.

You will engage with owners and executives, present our value proposition, and coordinate with branches to ensure successful deployment of products and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Word/Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow revenue within assigned territory.
• Travel throughout Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee to call on customers and secure orders.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams on programs and campaigns.
• Provide market insights and help forecast sales and revenue.
