Job summary

Atlas Bolt & Screw Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a South Territory Sales Manager for Marmon Fastener Company (Atlas Building Products Brand). This remote, field-based role covers Texas and New Mexico with up to 85% travel.

You will drive new business, manage key accounts, and support cross-functional teams to grow revenue. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree or 3–5 years’ related experience, strong CRM/MS Office skills, and a proven track record in sales with 80/20 execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedures; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficiency with contact management/CRM systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding and application of 80/20 business principles.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 85%.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by identifying opportunities and forming partnerships with new and existing customers.
• Travel throughout the territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, executives, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer training and support adoption of products/programs.
• Quote pricing and credit terms; prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Prepare reports of transactions and manage expenses per policy.
• Conduct market research and stay current on trends and customer expectations.
• Partner with branch locations to keep account activities current and visible.
• Participate in trade shows and expos as needed to support growth.
