Job summary

Sika is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover Southern Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. The remote role requires the ideal candidate to reside within the geographic area.

You will drive sales growth for Sikafloor resinous flooring and manage key accounts while building strong industry relationships. Responsibilities include specification-based demand creation, lead follow-up, and coordination with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in construction/contracting industry.
• Travel over 50% via car, plane or train.
• Valid driver license in good standing.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales growth and profit objectives for Sikafloor resinous products and systems in the territory.
• Maintain, grow and manage assigned accounts to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create demand through specification and owner account management.
• Follow up and close on leads from Cross-Selling Teams, BDMs, Inside Sales/Marketing.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Sikafloor resinous products and systems.
• Maintain visibility within the industry through association activities.
• Collaborate with Sika A/R to manage credit and payment policies with contractor network.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
