Job summary

Victaulic is seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to expand our outside sales across construction markets. You will learn our products, build strategic plans, and drive project pursuit from inception through commissioning.

The role emphasizes relationship building with contractors, engineers, and owners, and requires travel within the territory to meet customers and close opportunities. You will work with a regional team to meet customer requirements, educate customers on product value, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; previous sales experience in construction or PVF/mechanical products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overnight and throughout the territory.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic's products and how they solve customer needs.
• Understand industry dynamics and competitive methods to address objections.
• Develop a business plan with goals, product promotion, and strategies to maximize sales.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception to final commissioning and post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project owners in your territory.
• Educate customers on product value and influence decision-makers to maximize sales potential.
