Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Territory Manager for our outside sales team. You will learn Victaulic products, understand market trends, and build strong relationships with contractors, engineers and owners in your territory.

You will develop business plans with goals, manage project pursuits end-to-end, and collaborate with distributors and internal staff to secure orders while traveling as required to meet customers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services is advantageous.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic products and industry solutions.
• Develop a territory business plan with opportunities, goals and strategies.
• Lead all phases of project pursuit from inception through design and commissioning.
• Build and nurture relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and project owners.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.
