Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the company
  • Negotiate sales terms and close sales with customers
  • Gather market and customer information to identify client needs
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate sales
  • Advise on product development and discuss special promotions
  • Create proposal documents as part of the sales process
  • Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost estimates
