A successful candidate can communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers, leveraging their customer service and sales experience. Those with proven leadership experience may be considered for elevated leadership promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the company
  • Negotiate sales terms and close sales with customers
  • Gather market and customer information to identify client needs
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate sales
  • Advise on product development and discuss promotions
  • Create proposal documents as part of the sales process
  • Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost estimates
