Sales Support - Retail Sales Executive in Training

Location: Little Rock, AR (Remote) or Memphis, TN (remote) - you must live in the area and travel to locations throughout AR, TN, and KS.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in Sales/Sales Support or recent college graduates focused on growing in sales.
• Understanding of finance, ability to work with numbers.
• Desire to learn the business and grow with it.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to get along with a variety of personalities and individuals.
• Ability to travel to local stores on a daily basis.

Essential Functions:

• Provide retail support including retail execution training, ensuring compliance and maintaining brand image.
• Improve PMPS scores through retail execution and store image management.
• Develop plans to enhance store-level execution for retailers.
• Encourage retailers to utilize marketing programs and improve operations.
• Develop brand value through promotions, services, advertising, and execution, especially with less experienced retail accounts.
• Ensure store image evaluations are within desired ranges.
• Implement and manage branded promotional programs.
• Meet deadlines and successfully execute business plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all facilities.
• Conduct semi-annual facility assessments as requested.
• Manage the implementation of retail sales promotions and credit card programs accepted by retailers.
