Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in insurance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in insurance sales, territory management, or broker distribution.
• Proven success in developing broker relationships and driving growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by developing territory business plans for profitable expansion.
• Build and manage executive level relationships with brokers and partners.
• Lead strategic reviews, joint growth initiatives, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop targeted growth strategies and collaborate with underwriting leadership.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve growth, retention, and profitability goals.
• Represent Berkley Select at industry events and broker functions.
