Berkley Select is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead growth efforts in PA or FL, with expansion to additional states. You will own territory plans, develop broker partnerships, and drive profitability while collaborating with underwriting and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and insurance industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in business development, territory management, or broker distribution sales.
• Strong knowledge of Management Liability, Professional Liability, or other specialty insurance lines.
• Proven ability to develop and manage high value broker relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans focused on profitable growth and market expansion.
• Build, strengthen, and manage executive level relationships with retail and wholesale broker partners.
• Conduct strategic business reviews, planning sessions, and joint growth initiatives.
• Identify and capitalize on cross selling opportunities across Berkley Select's product portfolio.
• Recruit, evaluate, and appoint new agency and broker partners aligned with company growth objectives.
