Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and insurance industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with broker distribution.
• Proven ability to travel up to 50% and manage high-value broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans focused on profitable growth and market expansion.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with broker partners.
• Lead strategic reviews, joint growth initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Grow Berkley Select's market presence across assigned territory and industries.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast using CRM and sales tools.
