National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is expanding its local direct sales team. The Direct Sales Agent Specialist will drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and maintaining a strong book of business.

You will sell to local customers in person and by phone, build relationships through community involvement, and pursue outside marketing efforts. A multi‑faceted training program supports you from day one.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
