Job summary

Epitria Consulting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across New Jersey. You will meet with residential contractors, builders, and homeowners; qualify prospects; present products; and manage job sites to ensure compliance with specs and codes.

You will work from a home office with uncapped earnings potential and rely on B2B and direct-to-consumer sales. The role covers the entire state with travel to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in sales (B2B and direct-to-consumer).
• Experience with construction/manufacturing products is a plus.
• 2–3 years minimum experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet existing customers (residential contractors, builders, homeowners) to identify and qualify prospects and present current product offerings.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Project-manage job sites to ensure construction meets company specifications and all code requirements.
• Continuously update customers on product modifications and enhancements.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows as applicable.
• Update and maintain customer account records including contacts and numbers.
• Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain expense accounts.
