PERDOMO Cigars Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and expand the South Texas and Louisiana markets.

The role is remote with frequent travel, focusing on growing retail accounts, organizing in-store events, and educating retailers about the brand. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and experienced in tobacco or consumer goods sales, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a large territory.
• Prior sales experience in cigars or related field preferred.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• An understanding of the tobacco and cigar category is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Educate retailers and staff on product lineup and brand story.
• Maintain accurate records through CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and retailer functions.
• Collaborate with management on sales initiatives and territory planning.
