Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL in Florida is expanding its premium cigar distribution and seeks proactive sales reps for the Gulf Coast. You will own and grow the territory, visit 160+ cigar shops and lounges each month, open new accounts, and manage existing relationships with a focus on premium brands.

Join as an independent contractor with a monthly retainer up to 1,500 USD and a generous 15–20% commission on all sales. Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience - physical products, face-to-face
• Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods
• Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Based in or near Sarasota, Ft. Myers, or Naples FL
• Independent contractor with commission-based pay

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory across the Gulf Coast and the wider Florida market
• Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month - cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers
• Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management
• Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store
• Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity
• Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team
