Qualifications

4+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
Agriculture, grain handling, equipment or technical sales preferred.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts.
Self-motivated, organized and results-driven.
Comfortable with regular travel.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Build and manage long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
