Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Territory Partner Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships across MI, IL, IN, OH. You will manage a portfolio of channel partners, design territory plans, and collaborate with multiple teams to enable partners to sell Nextiva solutions.

The role requires experience in channel sales and strong relationship-building skills, with travel 50-75%. Remote work is possible within the designated states, supporting a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel sales experience in CCaaS/CX preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit and enable partner ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-impact portfolio of channel partners and drive partner-led growth.
• Create and execute territory strategies to build pipeline and revenue.
• Set clear partner objectives with enablement resources and marketing support.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams.
• Forecast pipeline consistently and exceed territory revenue goals.
• Use data to review partner performance and identify expansion opportunities.
