Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Territory Partner Manager to lead a portfolio of channel partners across MI, IL, IN, OH with remote options in the United States. The role blends channel strategy, enablement, and data-driven decisions to drive partner-led growth and pipeline.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams to equip partners with resources and tools, while tracking performance and forecasting progress to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel sales experience.
• Travel 50-75% as part of the role.
• Proven ability to coach and grow partner-driven revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-impact portfolio of channel partners and enable them to lead with Nextiva’s CX and collaboration solutions.
• Create territory strategies to drive partner-led pipeline and revenue growth.
• Set expectations with partners and provide enablement resources, marketing support, and tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams to empower partners.
• Maintain alignment with Channel Sales and field leadership and forecast pipeline.
