Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to expand our School Cheer market in the United States. You will be the main link between Rebel and programs in your territory, meeting customers in person, assessing needs, guiding them through the process, and delivering customized uniforms and performance wear.

This full-time, remote role requires strong field presence, excellent relationship-building, and the ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and delivery timelines.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events.
