Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to lead commercialization of our Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy in a remote US territory. You will drive sales, grow implant volumes, and expand clinical sites while maintaining high patient access to our innovative device.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years sales experience in medical devices or pharma, or 5 years in the field without a degree. Strong MS Office skills and travel willingness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years sales experience in medical devices or pharma, or 5 years in the same field without degree.
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to assigned sales territory.
• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones.
• Assess new accounts within the territory and drive implant growth.
• Ensure centers follow patient selection guidelines and implant techniques.
• Facilitate payer education and support value-based discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales ops to refine outreach programs.
• Expand referral networks and drive market development.
