Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercialization of its Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy in a defined sales region in the United States.

You will build relationships with clinical and payer stakeholders, coordinate with marketing and operations, and aim to achieve the sales plan while expanding awareness of the therapy. Required: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of medical device/pharma sales experience (or 5 years if no degree, or 3 years with Inspire

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry, or 5 years minimum in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical sales, or 3 years at Inspire working with our therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel (including overnights) within territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand OSA technology and implant/follow-up procedures.
• Drive implant growth to meet sales plan via prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput.
• Coordinate commercial site assessment, selection, and development.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota.
• Ensure centers follow patient selection guidelines and implant techniques.
• Facilitate local payer education and development processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs.
