Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years sales in medical devices or pharma, or 5 years in medical device/pharma industry, or 3 years at Inspire.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Ability to travel within the territory (including overnights).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to assigned sales territory.
• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones; assess new potential accounts.
• Drive implant growth through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput.
• Organize site assessment, selection, and development; ensure centers follow guidelines and techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs.
