Job summary

Sentec, a Swiss-American medical device company, seeks a Territory Manager based in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area to drive sales of respiratory care products. You will build a robust pipeline and manage end-to-end sales, while fostering key customer and KOL relationships.

You will provide in-service education, training, and technical support, maintain CRM records, and support trade shows. Travel 50–65% with strong growth opportunities within Sentec.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
• Experience with the 'concept selling' process is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
• Covid-19 vaccination and any required vaccinations as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Sell capital and disposable respiratory care products to hospitals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads and referrals.
• Develop strong customer and KOL relationships and manage end-to-end sales processes.
• Provide in-service education, training, technical support, and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support industry trade shows.
• Remote position with 50–65% overnight travel in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
