Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake company, is seeking a Territory Manager for the North and West Texas region (Ft. Worth, Weatherford, Abilene, Lubbock, Amarillo) to drive sales revenue and profitability.

The role emphasizes selling to distributors and contractors, managing a substantial travel schedule (60-70%), and coordinating with sales, accounting, logistics, engineering and customer service teams to maximize territory performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years outside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good DMV record
• Proficient in MS Office and able to present technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Educate distributors and contractors on the benefits of Westlake solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and contractors within the territory
• Provide pricing, product availability and order status information to territory accounts
• Coordinate sales efforts with management, accounting, logistics, engineering, manufacturing and customer service
• Plan and organize sales strategy to maximize return on time investment for the territory
• Travel roughly 60-70% within the assigned territory
