Job summary

APPLIED Adhesives, a leader in innovative adhesive solutions, seeks a Territory Manager, Packaging to secure new accounts and grow existing customer bases in the Minnesota region. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and a proven track record in industrial B2B sales.

You will leverage strong listening, problem solving, and relationship-building skills to meet territory goals, working closely with Marketing, Purchasing, and Customer Service to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; 3+ years selling within chemical distribution.
• Based in Minnesota with valid driver’s license and up to 50% travel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and win new customers in the packaging segment.
• Retain & grow sales with existing customers.
• Assess and validate customer needs continually and align proposals.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers across accounts.
• Maintain CRM activity and provide updates to management.
• Develop and present sales proposals aligned to customer needs and goals.
• Plan and nurture detailed account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site visits in assigned territory.
