APPLIED Adhesives in Minnesota is seeking a self-motivated Territory Manager, Packaging to secure new accounts in the packaging segment while nurturing an existing customer base. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and a focus on industrial B2B sales.
You will build relationships with key decision-makers, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate across Marketing, Purchasing and Customer Service to drive territory revenue and profitability. A degree and field experience are required.

The Territory Manager, Packaging is a professional industrial business-to-business sales role. The role will focus on securing new accounts for the company in the packaging segment, while maintaining an existing customer base in a specific geographic territory.

Compensation for roles at APPLIED varies based on a wide variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, work location, and internal equity. As required by applicable law, APPLIED provides a reasonable compensation range for positions that may be filled in multiple locations.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 per year. This role is also eligible to participate in APPLIED's Profit Contribution (PC) Bonus Plan, with an anticipated On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $142,000-157,000 annually.
This range represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation expected for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the factors noted above. In addition, we are invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
