Job summary

APPLIED Adhesives seeks a results-driven Territory Manager, Packaging, to secure new accounts in the packaging segment while maintaining existing customers in a Minnesota territory. The role is remote within Minnesota with up to 50% travel and requires a history of over-achievement and strong discovery and selling skills.

You will drive territory growth, build relationships with key decision makers, and source new opportunities through leads, events, and customer networks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of successful experience selling within the chemical distribution industry.
• Located in Minnesota.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and win new customers to increase the customer base within the territory.
• Retain and grow sales/profitability with existing customers.
• Proactively assess and validate customer needs and goals.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers at all levels within accounts.
• Maintain high activity levels in CRM and share updates with management.
• Develop and present sales proposals aligned to customer needs and goals.
• Maintain detailed customer plans for revenue and margin goals.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site account visits.
