Job summary

Shouldice Stone in the Northeast United States is seeking a Territory Manager to own opportunities from identification through bid, specification and close. The role is remote/Home-Based within roughly 100 miles of New York City, with regular travel across the Northeast.

You will build architect and contractor relationships, drive specifications, manage quotes and CRM records, and collaborate with Solutions, Marketing and Operations teams to convert opportunities into revenue while growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales or business development in architectural building products or project-based construction.
• Experience selling through the construction project lifecycle with architects and contractors.
• Travel regularly across the Northeast United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum 10% conversion rate on the assigned sales pipeline.
• Develop strategies to move opportunities toward an order.
• Drive specifications by building relationships with architects and designers.
• Identify opportunities for Shouldice products in early design stages and through bidding.
• Collaborate with owners, developers and general masonry contractors to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records with project stage, value, decision-makers and next actions.
