Swyfft is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Northern California on our E&S Commercial and Flood products. You will grow existing agent relationships and cultivate new ones through cold calls, cold emails and industry events.

This 100% remote U.S.-based role requires 7+ years in sales and existing agency connections in CA. Travel for conferences, training and meetings is expected, with strong communication and organization as key success factors.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal peers and external clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to get the job done in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an assigned agent base across Northern California as a trusted advisor.
• Develop growth strategies through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and calls.
• Respond to inquiries about Swyfft products and services.
• Facilitate agent training and education webinars.
• Promote the Swyfft brand at conferences, events, and trade shows.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to guide sales strategies.
• Track agent activity and revenue potential in the HubSpot CRM.
