Job summary

Aesculap Inc is seeking a remote field sales professional to cover a defined geography. You will drive territory sales objectives across the Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic portfolio, coordinating with marketing and leadership to execute commercial strategies and campaigns.

The role requires 5–7 years in medical device or healthcare sales, strong relationships with surgeons and hospital systems, and proficiency with CRMs and forecasting tools. Travel>40% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining assigned sales territory.
• Strong track record of revenue growth and sales execution.
• Experience working with surgeons, hospital systems, and complex healthcare selling environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory objectives, quotas, and performance targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand market share and drive adoption of laparoscopic products.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and conversions with comprehensive training for customers.
• Lead in-field product demonstrations and clinical education for surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership on go-to-market strategy and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital staff within health systems.
• Support strategic account development and facilitate health system and IDN sales environments.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and business reviews to regional sales leadership.
